昨日はまたコンサルタントとの話し合いでした。

約3時間で4社との面談を行いました。

今日はそのうちの1社をご紹介します。

アイチケットという会社です。

これはクリニックの予約システムの会社の１つです。

このシステムを導入しているクリニックは現在1700件ほどあります。

アプリをインストールして自分の情報を登録すると、このアイチケットを導入しているクリニックの予約を取れるそうです。

自分が今予約の何番目なのかがわかり、またあと何分くらい待ち時間があるかがアプリでわかります。

今日受診したいなと思ったら朝アプリで予約して、そろそろ時間かなと思ったタイミングで、家からクリニックへ向かう事が出来ます。

クリニックでの患者さんの待ち時間を大幅に短縮できるシステムだなと思います。

ここまでは既に知っていた情報ですが、今日の面談で驚いたシステムがあります。

このアプリを使うと、近くのアイチケットを導入している施設がわかるし、キーワードで検索も出来ます。

どこかのクリニックでアイチケットを使ったことのある患者さんが、そのアプリを使って自分のクリニックを見つけて来てくれる可能性があります。

患者さんのメリットだけでなく、クリニック側にも大きなメリットがあるシステムだなと思います。

このシステムを導入しているクリニックはどんどん増えているので、将来はこのアプリを使って近くのクリニックを探す人ももっと出てくるかもしれません。

自分のクリニックは患者さんのため、そしてクリニックの未来のために徹底的に効率化を目指します。

Yesterday I had discussion with consultants again. We had an interview with four companies in about three hours.I will introduce one of them.It is a company called “i-ticket” This is one of the clinic reservation system companies.There are about 1,700 clinics currently using this system.When installing this company’s application and registering your own information, it seems that you can book a own reservation. You can see easily how long it takes to wait. If you think that I would like to see a doctor today, you can make reservations with the application in the morning, and it will be possible to go from my house to the clinic at the timing. I think that it is a system which can drastically shorten the patient ‘s waiting time at the clinic. With this application, you can find other clinic and you can also search by keywords.I think that it is a system that has great merit not only the patients but also for the clinic side.As the number of clinics introducing this system is increasing more and more, people in the future may find more nearby clinics using this application.My clinic aims for efficiency for patients and for the future of my clinics.Please let me know if there is such a system.
