ここでは当院で予定している傷跡の治療についてお話ししたいと思います。

基本的に当院での傷跡の治療に対しては、保険治療でなく自費治療をオススメします。

それはなぜか？

保険治療でできる傷跡の治療は非常に限られており、不十分だからなのです。

つまり日本の傷跡の治療は世界に比較して遅れているからなのです。

世界標準的な、いや世界でも先進的な傷跡の治療を皆様に提供したい。

このような自分の思いを実現するためには、残念ながら日本の保険治療では不可能なのです。

もちろん保険治療でも素晴らしい効果を持つものは沢山あります。

しかし、日本では混合治療は許されてはおりません。

保険治療で治療中の傷跡の患者さんに対して、適応外のレーザー治療などは行えないのです。

そのため、十分な治療効果を得るためには自費治療をオススメする必要があるのです。

皆様にはこのあたりの事をご理解いただければ幸いです。

さて、当院で提供する予定の傷跡治療をご紹介します。

大きく分けて、７つあります。

①内服治療（お薬を飲んでいただきます）

②外用薬（お薬を塗ったり貼ったりしていただきます）

③圧迫療法（シリコンジェルシートやスポンジなどで傷跡を圧迫します）

④注射治療（ステロイドやボトックスの注射、また脂肪移植なども行う予定です）

⑤レーザー治療（傷跡の状態に合わせたレーザーを照射します）

⑥手術治療（形成外科的な手術を行います）

⑦放射線治療（手術後と組み合わせて行う予定ですが、当院では不可能ですので連携施設で行っていただきます）

他にも再生医療製品なども導入して行く予定となっております。

当院は傷跡をメインとする本邦でも初めてのクリニックです。

沢山の皆様に治療を受けていただきたいと考えており、そのためにはできるだけ治療も安価で提供したいと考えております。

（残念ながらまた値段の設定は完全には終わっておりません、なかなか難しいですね）

それでも金額的に厳しい方や、保険治療でも十分な効果が見込めるような方には、きちんと保険治療をお勧めすることをお約束します。

We would like to talk about how our clinic is going to treat scars. Basically, we recommend having a treatment at your own expense, not a treatment covered by insurance in our treatments of scars. What is the reason? Treatments of scars that can be covered by insurance are very limited therefore it is insufficient. The thing is, treatments of scars in Japan significantly lag behind other countries. We wish to perform a global standard, and further more advanced treatments of scars in the world to everyone. In order to realize my feeling like this, unfortunately, it is impossible by treatments covered by insurance in Japan. Of course, there are many treatments having excellent effectiveness in treatments covered by insurance. However, combined treatments are not allowed in Japan. We cannot perform treatments not covered by insurance such as laser treatment for patients under treatments covered by insurance. Accordingly, we need to recommend treatments at your own expense in order to obtain sufficient effectiveness from a treatment. We would appreciate if you could understand such matter. Now, we will introduce you how our clinic is going to treat scars. We mainly have seven treatments.

1) Treatment by internal medicine (Taking medicine.) 2) External medicine (Applying or patching medicine.) 3) Compression therapy (Compressing scars by silicone gel sheet or sponge.) 4) Injection treatment (Planning to perform steroid and botox injections as well as fat grafting.) 5) Laser treatment (Irradiating a laser depending on your scar condition.) 6) Surgical treatment (Performing a surgery like a plastic surgery.) 7) Radiation therapy (Planning to perform in combination with post-surgery however we are not able to perform therefore you can have it in a cooperation facility.)

We are the first clinic that mainly dealing with scars in Japan. We would like many people to have our treatments therefore we consider to　perform at a lower price as possible for it. (Unfortunately, we have not completed to set the price. It is very difficult.) However, we promise that we can exactly recommend having a treatment covered by insurance for people who have economical difficulties or whom we can expect sufficient effectiveness by treatment covered by insurance. It does not matter if you have a small scar. If you are little worried, please definitely visit our clinic.
